Order Forms
Adobe Reader is required to use our order forms. Opening in a browser is not the same thing!
Please be sure that you open the order forms with Adobe Reader otherwise the calculations will not work correctly.
By downloading the order forms, you acknowledge your responsibilities as an Authorized Dealer.
Be sure to verify and include all necessary information.
Your dealer information including Dealer ID and contact information must be included on the order form.
Make sure you have checked the local requirements for the snow/wind ratings then choose the appropriate selection on the form.
Dealer is responsible for submitting orders with the correct certification rating and the corresponding pricing.
The pricing must align with Eagle’s current standard pricing.
All description lines must be complete, clear and concise.
The sales tax rate and down payment percentage must be entered correctly.
Dealer is responsible for obtaining correct pricing, and local sales tax rate.
Eagle Carports Order Processing will verify. Any order submitted with incorrect information will have to be revised.
- Structures over 30' wide will require 50% of balance due to be paid prior to scheduling.
- Orders requesting alterations to existing structures must be paid in full prior to scheduling.
- All material orders must be paid in full prior to being scheduled for preparation at the shop.

Use the Standard order form when it isn’t possible to send an order through IdeaRoom (3D Builder).
Use the Materials order form when your customer needs materials to match a current Eagle structure or they want to complete an addition or enclosure on their own. Be sure to make note of delivery or pick up at shop. The order will be processed at the shop as usual. It will be scheduled for delivery the same as an installation order ($150 delivery fee). Or scheduled for pick up at the shop selected on the order form. Order must be paid in full before it will be processed.
Enclosure or Addition
Order Form
Use the Enclosure or addition order form when your customer has requested additional work to their existing Eagle structure. You as the dealer are responsible for gathering all the necessary information including previous order details, submitting current photos for approval and obtaining appropriate labor or any additional fees.
Enclosures and additions only apply to original Eagle Carport Structures currently in good condition. Photos of existing structure and surrounding area must be submitted for installation approval. Addition or extension to existing structure will void its remaining warranty.
