I just had a Rv carport and storage garage built yesterday and I can’t say enough about how professional the entire process was from start to finish. My salesman Austin who was located in the Carolina’s he was so helpful and prompt to return callas and help us throughout the process. Now for the Team of Gentleman who came and delivered and setup my building were the hardest working Team of guys I have ever encountered and so nice neat and respectful! I can’t say how much I how hard they worked and how great our building turned out! I would highly recommend this Company for any of your storage / carport needs!Sincerely,The Carter’s

If I could give Eagle car ports negative stars I would. I purchased a 24x30 building through my dealer from Eagle car ports. The purchase and installation went fairly smooth and the building looked great. A short time after installation I noticed the horizontal siding panels were wavy Totally an eye sore but tried to live with it. Unfortunately I could not bare to look at it anymore. In April of 2025 I called eagle car ports and spoke with the warranty department, she seemed concerned and I sent several photos showing the defects. She got back to me and confirmed with her higher ups that the panels were installed incorrectly and the panels should not warp that way. She then wrote a work order for a crew to come inspect and replace the panels. A date was set and I took off work to meet up with the crew, the crew never showed up. I called and was told they got their truck stuck in mud somewhere and would come the next day. A little frustrating but I understood things happen, the crew shows up unannounced the next day with no materials and no idea why they were there. I showed them the defects and they confirmed the panels all needed replaced and screws repositioned to prevent the warpage in the future. I contacted the warranty department again and she was confused as to why they had no materials as she had wrote on the work order and informed the scheduling department what needed to be done. She told me she was going to create another updated work order to get it replaced. Weeks go by I hear nothing, finally in July 2025 I call half a dozen times and finally get a text message from Beth that an order was placed for the material but the shop was closed. A date was set again, I take off work again and they send another crew out. Same thing before they did not bring materials! Instead they showed me the work order and it does not show materials but to try and re screw the panels. The crew tried adjusting one panel and gave up, using google translate as none of the crews spoke English, they also told me the panels weren’t usable and needed replacement. I called Eagle car ports and was told they would get it replaced. At this point I lost faith in the company as they never returned my calls. I contacted my Dealer I bought the building from and she got the same run around. But they agreed to help out. Months later they send the original crew out that installed the building, they took a look at it for 5 minutes and said the 3 panels they brought to replace them were damaged as they were on the bottom of the trailer underneath all the other buildings materials. My dealer came out to my house and took photos and videos of the issues and sent them to Beth in the warranty department for review. At this point I’m furious, I’ve taken several days off of work costing me over 1,400 in lost wages and my building still looks awful. My dealer and I both call Eagle car ports and they agreed they would compensate me for my lost wages from work and a partial refund of the building. Weeks, months go by and Eagle car ports has done nothing to resolve the issue, they stopped returning both mine and my Dealers calls. My dealer has been in the business in Colorado for Eagle car ports for years and cannot believe this has happened to me. I was ready to purchase another 30x40 building this month which is now (October 2025)if this was resolved. At this point I have lost all faith in this company that they will keep their word and provide compensation. Unfortunately we may be forced to take legal action. UPDATE: Eagle car ports replied to my review. I got in touch with Alicia, which I believe is the owner or a relative. She told me that every building that eagle car ports builds has wavy panels and nobody should have ever authorized repairs/compensation. And I should drive 4 hours and see the demo buildings to confirm every building is wavy. 11/25 they finally offered to replace all the siding with thicker gauge or write me a check for a refund. I decided to take the check. Thank you Beth in warranty for fighting for us and doing what’s right.

We love our garage! It is spacious and affordable. Also, the crew who built it on site did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient.

Ordered shop from local dealer. From the time we received a call to schedule installation, Eagle Carports was very efficient and professional. Workers arrived on time and completed job quickly. All trash was picked up and yard left as it was prior to arrival. Highly recommend!

Sales and installation were outstanding. The installers were very professional and worked efficiently together. They were done in less than 3 hours. The carport is fabulous! The eagle on the front is a nice touch. Love it! We highly recommend Eagle carport.

Process was easier than I expected for such a distance. They're in North Carolina, and I’m in south Texas. Quality was superb, and the crew was a two man machine. Installed on my pad in about two hours. They had the process down as a team. I’d use them again. Price was in line with the quote. Thanks again guys!

I’ll try to keep it short. The installers never showed up at The agreed upon appointment time. When I called about it, the installer told his dispatcher that I wasn’t home and that’s why he didn’t deliver it. Totally not true how did he know whether I was home or not if he never showed up besides I have security cameras and nobody showed up. But just to restate I was home. I called to reschedule This. I know that sometimes things happen and I was told I would have to pay a $150 restocking fee. I called them and said I don’t know why you expect me to pay for this. Your man didn’t show up. I told him that after being lied to and avoiding an attempt to cheat me out of $150 that I didn’t want their service at all and I canceled the order. we will call you when we’re ready to reschedule. Could be two weeks from now. FYI, the supervisor never did call me as promised. It was all being handled by the front office receptionist playing text tag.

We recently had a Eagle double carport installed. The installers did an amazing job of installing it securely and efficiently. The materials are sturdy and lasting. Highly recommend Eagle Carports to anyone who needs a beautiful, lasting, quality carport.

The installation crew (Duran) really impressed me. The super job, attention to detail, hard workers and the end result met our expectations.

I just had a garage built by Eagle Carports and it was a great experience. They were very helpful and kept in constant contact with me through the whole process from getting my building permit to the building being built. The construction went very fast and they worked non-stop until it was done to produce a well built garage from 8:30 in the morning to 3 in the evening. Thank you to Tammy and all at Eagle Carports!

Fast service job well done!!

Ordering our building was seamless. The install seemed to go well, until the crew left and we noticed they didn't finish the job. We called customer service right away to inform them that the crew missed the screws in a whole panel and part of another panel, they missed an anchor inside the garage, and one of the garage doors needs an adjustment. They assured us that they would come back to finish but we are still waiting for them to schedule this. We have been waiting for two weeks for that phone call. Don't bother calling them, the scheduling department doesn't answer or return calls.

Pedro, Omar, and Joseph came and installed an 18x20x9 carport. They work really well together and had it put up in a little over 2 hours. Looks great. Great work guys.

Wow is all I can say. The crew that showed up to assemble our carport, which was a completely enclosed structure, were the most well oiled machine I have ever seen. I was in complete awe how quick and efficient the 4 of them were. Showed up Monday late afternoon and were scheduled to start and then finish on Tuesday. They finished that night. It was a hoot watching them! I would recommend to absolutely anyone!!!!!!

Disappointed we didn’t get the black roof we’d ordered. Were given the option to reschedule to get the correct color roof but hubby had waited long enough and needed his storage/carport. Me, being the female, was more interested in the looks- him the place to store. The black roof would have looked so much better than the brown they brought and applied- everything else here has a black roof, all but the storage shed!!The black side trim almost looks out of place without the black roof- genuinely disappointed!!!

Overall happy with quoting and ordering process and the quality of materials seemed good and as advertised. Very happy with the actual building so far.Lost stars because we bought this as a kit to DIY. Shipping was fast which was part of why we installed ourselves but was very disappointed there was absolutely no paperwork, manual, or instructions at all. The website and our dealer made it seem the DIY option was common enough but I had no idea we would be completely on our own.I called and emailed the dealer and manufacturers many times and while the staff was friendly, ultimately no one could help provide me with anything other than a few YouTube videos of competitors products, and a general parts guide that wasn’t very helpful. I’m very knowledgeable about buildings having worked for a home building company for years, but it still would have been nice to have a basic how-to assembly guide.Ultimately we are satisfied with the product, but very dissatisfied with the misleading information from the sales team/dealer and lack of customer support after delivery.

Jeff at Eagle carports in Lamar, responded quickly and worked us into his schedule to come out and measure and coordinated placement. We are very happy with our installation of our Eagle carport.

Installers did a great job - they completed the work quickly & efficiently, made sure it was leveled and also installed the anchors where it was over dirt and drilled/installed the wedge style anchor bolts where required in the portion of the carport that sat on the concrete portion of the driveway.

Overall we give Eagle Carports a thumbs up. We are over-the-top pleased with our carport. Their installation crew did a phenomenal job. It was a joy and a pleasure watching them work. They are THAT good. Only issues we encountered were with logistics involving scheduling and crew arriving with some wrong materials which delayed installation. Once they got started, their work was nothing short of amazing.

DO NOT BUY!! setup was good, but metal had scratches all over it. I have called customer service atleast 5 times to schedule a replacement. They are giving me the silent no show treatment. They were also rude when I asked them to come out and examine the scratches, I was told they are too far away to come out for that.They apparently use very thin paint on the metal and have quality issues. I would look at other brands of carports.Updated 9/26 - I'm upping my review to 3 stars, they have acknowledged the issue and are actively scheduling to come out and fix the issue.

The process from start to finish took less than 4 months. I found adequate sized land, contacted Eagle Carports and they were extremely friendly, no sales pitches at all! I inquired about financing and they are partnered with ACORN financing, which gave me more approval odds than most financing companies for an unsecured large loan.Eagle Carports offered the convenience of texting so I didn’t always have to talk to a live person while busy with work and kids, but each person I did speak to happened to be human and easy to understand. I put the down payment on a 24x50 metal building but still had questions afterwards and I was always able to call and get an answer within a minute or two, text and email replies were very responsive as well. Waiting on my local contractors for the concrete was the biggest wait time in my area (which isn’t affiliated with Eagle Carports). Once it was poured, I had texted a photo to the person that had followed up with me to ask if I had an estimated completion date. I got a response back in minutes that said it looked great and they’d contact the installation team. A day later I received a call for scheduling the team to come out and we set it out for 2 weeks to allow the concrete to cure enough. The team of 3 came out and they were super friendly and professional. They took their time to make sure it was installed correctly. Mine took a total of 3 days to install with insulation. I made the final payment on my building after I took a few days to fully inspect it. It had rained within those few days so I also noticed there was no leaks or anything. This building is firm and will probably last a very long time! I did go around and picked up remaining screws but I was happy with their hard work so that’s the least I could do. I ended up using those screws for my conduit straps so the screws match the color of the building. If I choose to build on or build another carport or building, I already know I will be using Eagle Carports which is also affiliated with Big Buildings Direct. 5 stars, no complaints.
