The carport looks great. You all did a good job. We were concern little when it started to snow that week end. We got 38". There was about 2 feet on the roof when all of a sudden the snow slid off.

Good morning. I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the look and durability of my carport! I initially ordered it before we had a major hurricane to hit our area. After hurricane Laura came, we were in need of the carport for storage, as our house was damaged. I was put on the schedule to be set up on Oct 9th. Low and behold, we were under mandatory evacuation Oct 8th due to a second hurricane (Delta) set to make landfall right over us. We finally got our carport completely set up on Oct 22 and I could not be happier. It looks great and we now have a place to store our belongings while we try to put a roof over our head. The installation crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased to say the least!!

Ordered a carport September 2024, paid $400 deposit, and as of February 1/2025 I still haven't received carport. Numerous calls have been made and get the run around each time. Can't even get ahold of anyone that can refund my deposit since they can't get their shit together.Updated 3/14/25:Eagle won't refund my deposit, dealer won't refund my deposit. I called eagle several times with absolutely no help. Tammy@eagle has refused to respond to my emails. Only offered a 5% discount for a drop ship, doesn't even come close to the aggravation I've endured, but I'm forced into accepting. Absolutely the worst experience with an online purchase I've ever had! Will never buy from eagle again. Let's see how long it takes to drop ship my carport..

Bought a 30x40 carport to be installed on a 40x40 deck for use as a shelter. Scheduled installation for about two weeks out but they showed up just few days later and works from morning till 9 pm to finish. Have found nothing to be of concern in the last 6 months. They did a great job.

It was truly a seamless process. From the day Jamie Cowart at Cowart's Carport and Buildings came out to look at the site with me, the ladies in scheduling to the guys that did the install. Could not have asked for an easier process or professionalism from everyone involved. Would definitely recommend them and Jamie to anyone for a structure from Eagle Carport

RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can from these installers/middle man/not skilled builders. WOW!! If I can give a negative review I would. I would recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! They showed up at 6pm (in the dark and in the rain) “built” the metal building and had to come back the next day for completion. As you can imagine everything is wet/muddy and can’t really tell if it’s in good shape or not. I get handed a soaking wet paper to sigh that it’s been “completed”. I sign it and if you sign it they will completely wash their hands of it. Called numerous times emailed countless times got the complete run around. Was lied to about guys being on site and that they fixed the issues. Didn’t hear from them for 8 months then magically Beth (the one that lies and is 1000000% unprofessional magically appears on the phone) with RTO after I have threatened legal action against everyone. Needless to say I get a settlement offer of pennies on the dollar because they completely understand they’re in the wrong and are horrible at their job. Sad thing is RTO payed them in full for the install and RTO is the one taking the hit and having to get screwed as well as me. How Eagle Carports is in business is beyond anything I’ll ever be able to understand. I’m assuming Eagle Carports is full of employees both inside and outside that couldn’t hack it at a real construction job?

Eagle Carports called my phone and arranged installation for Friday, 1/17/25. After waiting until 1pm on delivery day with no word from the installer, I called our scheduler back to find a status. She said she'd reach out to the installer and call us back with an ETA. At 2:25, my wife missed a call from Eagle (they were originally given my number due to me always having my phone on me). Wife called them back at 2:40 and left a message, saying she missed the call, but please call her back. At 4:05, I called Eagle back to get an update. After a few transfers, I was told that our installation crew was running behind but that our scheduler had spoken to my wife. They had not...my wife was right beside me, and she hadn't spoken with anybody, nor did she have a voicemail.I was told that it would be tomorrow instead of today (after waiting all day today). I won't be available tomorrow, so they're going to have to reschedule.Not starting off on a strong note, but I'll update this review as things progress.

I ordered a carport from Behr buildings to be installed by Eagle Carports in October 2024! It was supposed to be within 2-3 weeks no longer than a month! I still have no building, it is now January 2025! I called Behr buildings requesting my deposit back and to cancel the whole thing, guess what "oh that's nonrefundable" and you're expected to wait til we get around to installing it at our or Eagle carports convenience!!!! Buyer beware!!!! I am out my money with nothing to show for it!

Excellent Service!My husband found this company on Facebook, and to be honest, we were a little hesitant at first. But it was *so* worth it! Their service was incredibly fast, and their customer service was outstanding.They offer the option to pay in full or through financing, which is super convenient. The carport we got is high quality, and you can even customize the colors to your liking.Fun fact: I personally used AI for inspiration and to visualize my design, and it helped me make the perfect choice. We absolutely loved the results! (They have a variety of colors).Oh, and an extra bonus—they speak both Spanish and English!I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I would give a five star to the installer, Jaun Ruiz. He was great. Did a good job and easy to work with. The four star is for the company and the lack of communication. The building has been up for only a few days but we like the look. Hopefully time will tell on the materials.

Terrible experience and property damage. The guys that installed the carport ran over my well, busting the block casting and damaging multiple sections. I reached out to eagle carports that day with little to no response. It has been 6 months now since the damage occurred and all they have done is ignore calls and emails and just give me the run around. I would not recommend this company to anyone just due to the fact they do not take responsibility or accountability

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Metal Carport Depot and Eagle Carports. I purchased two carports at the beginning of 2024, and on September 12, one of them collapsed before a storm even got bad. Despite their claims of quality and durability, the carport was poorly built and clearly unable to withstand normal weather conditions.When I tried to contact them about the warranty, it was a nightmare.• Warranty Issues: They have made the warranty process as difficult as possible. I’ve repeatedly reached out, only to be ignored or given the runaround.• Poor Quality Construction: The collapsed carport was clearly not built to the standards promised. I’ve since had concerns about the second carport I purchased as well.• Terrible Customer Service: Both Metal Carport Depot and Eagle Carports have failed to take responsibility, leaving me frustrated and with no resolution months later.I strongly urge others to avoid these companies. They don’t stand behind their products or honor their warranties. If I could leave 0 stars it would be very fitting. This company is a complete waste of time and youd think I'd have learned after the first transaction. It went somewhat ok. They didn't install as it was supposed to be and charged me cut fees and made no cuts that were needed. 2nd building they gave me 6 different show up times. After I explained to them that I couldn't take off more than 1 day to be there they still lied to me over and over about the crew and when they were coming. I wasted a whole day and several thousand in billable hours to wait on them. Well they showed up at 930 pm and worked on it till midnight. Me having to be up at 4am to head out for work . Then I have to go out and pay them and inspect the build in the dark. And it leaked of course. First rain ,due to missed screws and was out of plum . Poor install but I gave them yet a third chance. Today they were supposed to install another building. I was told noon for the show up time. Then told they didn't bring the correct materials or not enough material. I pleaded with the dispatching personnel to at all cost let's avoid this repeat. Well that didn't happen. I was given 2 more time frames and then told they'd get it today no matter what. I took today off again to be here to settle up and just got a call from the installer saying they aren't coming at all. It's 7pm . Well atleast I won't have to wait up all night again. Probably for the best. But I have bought dozens of buildings from Allen's factory outlet. Looks like I'll be going back to them. They show up and get things done. Should have never left them in the first place. Also Eagle isn't the most affordable out there. I own a construction company and we often install these carports as add ons. We have 4 more buildings needed and I assure you Eagle won't be doing them. Very Poor customer service and a very unreliable service team. I highly recommend Allen's factory outlet if you're in the market . Thatll be my first call tomorrow. I'll never do business with these clowns again.Fast forward a couple days. They offered 2.5% discount or the trouble. $less than $100 and was gonna come back Friday after Thanksgiving. Do you think they showed up ? Nope. Do you think they called ? Nope. Lady said the owner would call me . Do you think they called ? Nope. Shitty company to work with. I ordered 4 buildings with them had issues Everytime. The last one they just don't show up.

Had an excellent install in a very tight spot for a cargo trailer. The crew communicated well, navigated through all the gates, installed fast, gathered their gear, and off they went. The four man crew made it look so simple but in reality those pieces are heavy. 12x25 carport standard

Update 10/29/24Just stay away from this pathetically run company. Beth Darisse made more unfulfilled promises than I can list. She should be embarrassed.Avoid this company!Unbelievably bad customer service and craftsmanship. The installers left empty screw holes, missfitting door, scratched paint and more. They made appointments to fix things, which meant I had to stay home, then they don’t show up. One time they showed up a 10 pm. Then after 4 trips they got most of it done.On the last trip they installed overhead door seals that only made contact when the door was open. A real joke of a job.I was supposed to get a refund for that aspect since it did not work, and after months I am now being ignored.

The crew showed up 8 hours late, the scheduling department never returned my phone calls, no one on the crew understands English so communicating with them is another issue.I had to contact the Authorized dealer to find out what was going on. Not a good way to do business. I am hoping the RV cover comes out ok based on the other reviews that are on here.

I am a disabled veteran and purchased a two car garage from Eagle Carport. Ever since I had electrical installed, both garage doors do not come down on a regular basis. This company sent workers to repair it twice and both times did not have the appropriate equipment (that was in May 2024). It is now August 2024 and they still have not repaired my doors! i've called them several times in the last time I called it was in July 2024. I have no other choice, but to take them to court.
If I could give the installers a 5 it would be a perfect 5 of 5. Now customer service on the other hand is horrible. Be aware before purchase and Installation of the color grid. My rep sent me a chart from 2019. The colors I received were completely different. Shades way different. Now I'm in a battle trying to get the correct color, all while my garage is half finished. Be cautious before selection.
I placed my order with Carolina Sheds. After they took my "non-refundable" deposit, they eliminated their handling of my order as this was now in Eagle Carports hands. I did not hear from anyone from Eagle Carports for over one week. I had to call four times to determine an installation date. I was finally on schedule for installation today at 7:30 am. I was told that someone would get back to me, but I had to call again at 10:00 a.m. today to find out what was going on.Again, no one called to tell me that they were not coming. No regard at all with anyone's schedule as this was the only time of year to visit my parents and I had to cut that visit short to ensure that I was here for the installation. It is not raining at all today. Needless to say, I am cancelling this order.UPDATE: Almost immediately after writing the first review, I heard voices in my back yard. The installation crew came without anyone informing me. They were very nice and efficient. I think lack of effort in keeping me informed is very unprofessional.
It's been a few months since my installation, and I'd assumed by now there would at least be a follow-up to ensure that everything went smoothly and that there were no issues. You'd imagine that spending so much on a building would inspire a certain amount of customer care. Sadly, after remitting the payment, I never heard from Eagle Carports again. Truthfully, during the sales process, I didn't speak to anyone over the phone. On the day of installation, some random crew of men from Texas showed up, barely speaking English. The building went up in less than a day and a half. The materials were cheap but decent enough for residential needs. They were put together with tremendous urgency, and much of the work was sloppy and poorly executed. They worked into the night, despite my being told this wouldn't happen I had to leave for work that evening, and once they completed the job, they refused to leave without my wife signing a paper indicating that she'd somehow inspected the work and was satisfied. It was impossible to determine this at the late hour. The poor workmanship was evident when the sun came up the next day, and the crew left tons of trash behind. I'm not just talking about minor scraps of material that were overlooked in the darkness. I'm talking garbage. Additionally, my backyard was littered with metal screws. To make matters worse, we've recently been experiencing heavy rains in my area, and the roof is leaking significantly each time. From start to finish, working with this company has been incredibly disappointing. Not worth what I paid. As you can see by the lack of response on this platform, they're not too concerned with any of this.
As someone with a fair amount of knowledge about the carport industry, this is the most trustworthy manufacturer. This company will ask that you have a building permit and they provide accurate blueprints.
Purchased a double car carport with automatic door openers. Within 6 months garage door began to malfunction and not open or I’d have to repeatedly press my remote to get door to close. I emailed AND called MICHAEL BRIDGES. He sent me directions to reset the door. It did not work and he quit responding to my emails and wouldn’t return my call. Told me to reach back out to him if directions did not work so he could start a work order. LIES!!! I called back repeatedly and spoke with some lady who informed me my warranty had expired on my door. I said no ma’am, it is not, Michael is suppose to be starting a work order and I need to set a day and time for them to come out and check it. She stated she had to speak with the maintenance supervisor and she never returned my calls and quit responding to my messages. It is sad to purchase something and be given the run around when it needs repairing BEFORE the warranty expires!! These people gave me the run around and now I’m stuck with a flimsy garage door that seemed to be defective according to Michael! STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! $12k for a garage with defective equipment and now to have to pay for someone else to come repair is asinine!!!
We love our building...very well built.....Tony and his crew were very professional.......they worked all day in the hot sun and delivered a beautiful garage. I would request Tony and his crew if we ever decide to add on to garage. The crew gave great customer servive.
Building install was great, However Customer Service to fix a garage door problem IS NOT. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now to get a part installed on my Garage door that was not done during the install and causing issues with my garage door.Eagle Carport, please return my calls/schedule a fix.
