The only thing I could complain about is the literature we were given concerning site prep. The biggest issue was that the preparation literature stressed that the site had to be level and there couldn’t be any bricks used to level the building. We didn’t get a “building” with doors, but a 44’ X 25’ shed/carport to store my tractor, bush hogs, scrape, rake, etc. We did choose the most level site and did the best we could in making certain that the site was prepped per the literature. Using line levels, tape measure for corners and diagonal corners we were pretty close. As the crew was beginning to wrap up the installation, they asked if I had ten or so bricks. I did and they used them get the level that was needed. I looked back over the site prep instructions again and saw that this leveling seemed to concern buildings with doors and windows, which will not apply in our case. Other than that I was just in awe of the professionalism and efficiency which they displayed. Waiting for gravel to be delivered and installed from a local supplier and will enjoy gett My equipment moved. This is a satisfied customer. James Rollins

Eagle was the best

The carport was a great addition for us. The installation was quick and the gentlemen were very professional. The only thing I would have liked different was the anchors on the base plates could have been closer down to the ground so the anchor bolts could have been flush with the ground. However, I am very pleased with the job. Thank you Eagle Carport. I would highly recommend your company.

Permit was just approved a week ago. Scheduling called Tuesday and asked if install was good for Thursday, 3/5. These guys rolled in and knocked a 30x24 out in 7 hours! Add in a few discrepancies on my end and they adjusted with no issues. I have been nothing but impressed from start to finish! Eagle Carports has been amazing! Duran installations are the hardest and fastest working individuals I’ve ever met. Thank you for the great work Juan, Jose, and Ray!

It was a pleasure working with the folks at Eagle Carports. The buying process was simple and they were able to answer all of my questions. A few scheduling conflicts, due to weather, were addressed quickly. The crew worked tirelessly and efficiently. They showed up on time and communication was great. A few details needed to be addressed after the completion to which Beth Darisse(customer service manager) handled quickly and professionally. Had storm damage to my existing car port. Called in and Beth was on it. Pulled my file up from over 10 years ago, had me text photos of the damage to her and gave me a repair estimate same day. Very efficient and professional.

Our building is beautiful! 1st installers noticed one of the doors wasn't right so he contacted company to replace. Plans were made by the company to replace sent crew out with new door. For whatever reason this was not the right door. Contacted company and began working with Beth. She was amazing! Sent her pics of the problem and she made things right! Now it took awhile but that wasn't her or the company's fault mother nature decided to ice us in during this ordeal. Looking forward to using this building for many years to come.
