Great experience from start to finish!!

Buying experience before install was great. Went over plans with me to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Instillation went smooth and the guys communicated well for placement, underground lines, etc. Carport was built in about five hours and it is sturdy enough to protect my vehicles from bad weather

The initial install went great! My wife decided to add 2 panels, they took 6 weeks to come back to do that. I was supposed to be scheduled and wasn't notified, then I was called and was asked to reschedule. That's when I realized. I had the threaten for a refund if they didn't come finish. They showed up the next day. I did extensive research on carport companies, they had the best reviews. I do highly recommend them!!

Good prices, great quality, reasonable negotiations, good communications. The only quirk I have with them is the crew needs to do a better cleanup when they're done. Fortunately, I didn't get no flats with my camper or my vehicles. I kept finding the metal screws for days.

Eagle Carports installed a triple carport for us. The crew did an excellent job. Very polite, efficient and left the sight very clean. I especially appreciated using a magnet to pick up any stray screws . They arrived on time . Our salesman, Michael Sosa did a great job. We initially had some communication problems with scheduling, but Michael kept us informed. It was 2 months between ordering and installation. This is our third Eagle product. They have withstood hurricanes and storms with no problems.

I am pleased with the carport itself. My delivery was moved at least 4 times. I was told there would be a discount for that inconvenience however I never heard or seen the discount. The carport is secure in placement and I am looking forward to keeping the snow off of my car. I would have appreciated a follow up call and the discount that was offered for the delay in delivery .

Eagle Carports are fantastic. Josh Caudle in sales helped us finalize our rough draft plans and worked out all the details. We really liked that the windows and doors were provided and installed which was one thing another company from which we got an estimate did not provide. Eagle Carports also provided insulation and gutters as well. Their work crew led by Mario Rangel were prompt and very professional. They kept us informed in the process and asked questions if they needed answers as to the design. They cleaned up the job site and left everything in good shape. Lewis whimper with us later to photograph and video the site was very friendly and professional. In fact everyone with Eagle Carports have been very friendly and helpful. We have already shown our building to a few friends who are interested and we gave Eagle Carports a high recommendation. Excellent business and employees.

The entire process went very well from communication to delivery of the barn. The building team led by Jose worked hard even with the challenges they faced with the weather. We ordered an 50x60 barn and are very happy with our purchase and recommend Eagle Carports. Update:: a year later and we will love it!
